"My new retainers just came in today, and let me tell you they are excellent! I came in to replace my old ones after they broke, and even though it had been about three years since I last saw Dr. Hacken, the staff and nurses took wonderful care of me and were extremely kind. During my consultation, doctor came in personally to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond, even making a few adjustments to improve my smile even more. My whole family has gone through their office, and we all have a great smile thanks to them. I’m so happy with the results and fully recommend them!"
"Absolutely fantastic customer service and professionalism. I have been a patient since 2002 when I initially got my orthodontics treatment for TMJ. Extremely patient and effective treatments for a very sensitive problem. To say they went out of their way is an understatement. Treatment and orthodontia was completed around 2005 but they still welcome me back and adjust the splints and retainers as things arise. If only all areas of business and other health services could operate in this fashion and courtesy"
