"Great orthodontic office! I can not say enough. Staff is friendly and works with you. Treatment took a little longer than originally told and we were NOT charged more for the extra treatment time. The multiple offices make it easy for anyone to get to them. Hacken Ortho really values your time and makes sure you are called back at your appointment time if not sooner! "Absolutely fantastic customer service and professionalism. I have been a patient since 2002 when I initially got my orthodontics treatment for TMJ. Extremely patient and effective treatments for a very sensitive problem. To say they went out of their way is an understatement. Treatment and orthodontia was completed around 2005 but they still welcome me back and adjust the splints and retainers as things arise. If only all areas of business and other health services could operate in this fashion and courtesy"
